Most events we play are closed or invitation only. We do though try to play public events so you are able to see us before booking, the upcoming public events are listed below.

The Halcyon Band
The Halcyon Band is a 5 piece rock/pop cover band based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
The band has years of combined gigging experience and have performed at a multitude of different venues and events, from festivals to coffee shops.
We give our very best at every show and are highly regarded by all of our previous customers.
The Halcyon Band is available to play at events all across the UK, such as Weddings, Award Evenings, Parties, Military Functions, Festivals and Birthdays.
The songfest is designed to get every guest possible on the dance floor.

"My first experience of the Halcyon Band was at The Castle in Wem a few weeks ago and wow, what an amazing night it was. They must be quite a draw locally as it was packed, and with a brilliantly thought out setlist they quickly had the place literally bouncing! They're clearly really talented musicians - the groove they drove and the energy they created through their musicianship was something I haven't experienced in a long time. They played classic tracks from every decade from the sixties right up to current hits and had us all singing along the whole night through. In fact, that was what was so brilliant about their setlist- the audience was made up of 18 to 80 year olds and everyone seemed to know and love the songs. It was quite simply a masterclass in entertaining an audience."
